TruthForYouth>WastedWords [Page1 / 2]. [Last updated October 31, 2001] My personal favourite portion of The Truth For Youth, "Wasted Words." I love rock and roll. However, the Catholic church apparently does not! OH NO 666 SATAN 666 So this comic is about a kid who buys tickets to a rock concert, looking to do a favour for his little brother. He tells his youth group about this, as if they'd care about Satan rock. So he goes anyway, because hey, scalping is illegal, but rock concerts which teach bad morals are okay. I find it interesting that the lyrics mean really, nothing. However, they're really funny, because it seems that the writer of Truth For Youth attempted to make it purposely offensive, but just said stuff like, "YOU WEAR A MASK, REAL YOU IS TOO REAL. HERE IS REAL TRUTH, TRUTH IS WHAT YOU FEEL." If anyone plays this song with their rock band, and records a .mp3, please send it to me, and distribute it on Napster or whatever. Page 1!
